- cut the chicken to small size(i prefer that as they will cook easily)
- put all ingredient in a pot, use your hand to well mix the ingredient
- put water and boiled them untill the chicken and potato are cooked.
you may add baked beans at the end of process. but I don't have baked beans at home, so forget it.well dinner is served
p/s: for me quite healthy as no oil and no salt
