Ikan Masak Merah


This is one of my favourite, Ikan Masak Merah.
We had this last Sunday.a bit spicy , sweet and sour.It kinda of sweet and sour taste.

I have recipe to shared.
  1. 3 pcs of fish (any fish-nyok-nyok, tenggiri or bawal) - fried with salt and tumeric
  2. a tbps of chili paste
  3. 3 tbps of tomato sauce
  4. 3 tpbs of chili sauce
  5. 1 big onion sliced or quater
  6. 1 clove of garlic- sliced
  7. 4 slice of ginger
  8. 1 tomato - wedged
  9. Green peas (as I don't have other vegie)
  10. red chili - slice
  11. salt and sugar for taste
  12. some oil for frying

steps:

  1. heat oil, fry chili paste
  2. add ginger, onion and garlic-stirr till fragrance
  3. then add chili and tomato sauce
  4. add sugar and salt
  5. then tomato wedges and peas
  6. add fish, let it be in the wok for 5 mins and served with rice.

Wahh..!! susah nak cari resipi makanan melayu..!! paling banyak pun chinese nyer jer..
